She was a BA graduate of Notre Dame in Baltimore Maryland majoring in Studio Art. She has traveled throughout the world, capturing images photographically, or sketching impromptu. She was actively painting and drawing all of her life. She held memberships in the Carroll County Arts Guild, the Carroll County Arts Council, The Frederick County Art Association, the Delaplaine Visual Arts Center and the National Society of Decorative Painters. <br/><br/>Original paintings and works of Carol Lynn Ruth are no longer available for sale, however, Fine Art Prints of her work are available exclusively through Karen Leigh Studios in the<a href="http://karenleigh.zenfolio.com/p799396083" target="_blank"> Carol Lynn Studios gallery</a>. 50% of all purchases of my mothers works will be donated to <a href="http://www.carrollhospice.org/content/" target="_blank">Hospice of Carroll County</a> in honor of her memory.
