TV Cabinet (Before and After)
I am pretty excited about this transformation. It couldn't be more perfect and it was not planned but really glad thrilled with how this turned out!
I actually do not have a total before shot. This cabinet was actually full size and was cut in half by my husband and he made the top for it out of the original top. This is actually insane to me the stuff my husband knows how to do, I did not think this was even possible but he made it happen. The cabinet was a gift given to me by my friend Jeannine and I did not want to get rid of it. My kids had it for awhile and I actually missed it when it was gone. It was returned to me but a little too small for our current TV. Since we needed one for our new house, I did look for one but then my husband decided we could save this one, and I am so glad he did.
Here is the before after he cut it in half and made the new top for it:
Here is the after:
I used Maison Blanche Cherise and Maison Blanche Chalk Wax and did it exactly like the coffee table which will be in the same room. The rose stencil has actually been missing for quite a while, and was planned for glacage, and I found it today while working on this. There is a red rose theme in my new living room so I had to put them on. The top I got carried away but I like how it turned out.

I love this color and black wax and am so happy with the results. I am still amazed, and pretty tired actually, lol.
